Frank Bonanno is Managing Director, Head of Marketing at StoneCastle Cash Management. Frank is responsible for defining the firm’s marketing strategy to expand SCCM’s brand and bank network, which ultimately serves clients across multiple distribution channels. Frank oversees all website content, digital marketing initiatives, and client-centric marketing programs. He has more than 20 years of experience creating relationship marketing initiatives with banks and helping them best meet their funding and liquidity goals.
Prior to SCCM, Frank was Vice President and Head of Marketing for Reich & Tang Deposit Networks, LLC, where he was responsible for the creation of strategic marketing plans within each of its distribution channels and was part of its steering committee for the firm’s bank deposit programs. He oversaw the creation of marketing and distribution programs for the firm’s bank and financial intermediary clients and assisting them in positioning their products and services in their respective markets. Prior to that, Frank served as Marketing Director at Double Rock Corporation, was Vice President ofMarketing and Advertising at The Dreyfus Corporation, and Regional Marketing Director at Lexington Management Corporation.
Frank spent the early part of his career as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. He earned an M.B.A. from Long Island University and a B.S. degree in Finance from Rider University.
Yi Cheng is a Managing Director and Chief Architect at StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. Yi joined SCCM in 2011. Yi leads the development of the SCCM software platform and cash allocation algorithm.
Before joining SCCM, Yi was a senior software developer at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. He started his career in 1999 from Morningstar in Chicago.
Yi holds a MA degree of Mathematics from University of Illinois in Chicago, and a Certificate in Math Finance from NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.
Robert Collins is a Managing Director at StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. Robert joined SCCM in 2017 and is responsible for bank portfolio strategy and is integral to the structuring of deposit products for banks and rate negotiations with banks. In addition, Robert is responsible for risk management, and SCCM’s financial analytics.
Before joining SCCM, Robert was an Associate Director at S&P Global Market Intelligence where he focused on financial analysis, competitive intelligence, and product management. Prior to that, he worked as a Business Development Executive and a Sales Strategist at S&P Global Market Intelligence. Robert began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear, Stearns, & Co. Inc in the TMT group focusing on merger analysis, debt recapitalizations and initial public offerings.
Robert holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Babson College.
Erik Eisenstein, a Managing Director, serves as Senior Legal Counsel of StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC (“SCCM”). As Senior Legal Counsel, Erik is responsible for day to day legal and compliance work at SCCM. Erik has served in several legal and bank credit analysis roles since joining StoneCastle Partners, LLC (“SCP”), SCCM’s parent company, in 2007.
Before joining SCP in 2007, Erik was an Equity Analyst for over six years at Standard & Poor’s, Criterion Research Group LLC and Morgan Keegan, with a coverage universe of regional and community banks, thrifts and other diversified financial companies. Prior to that he spent three years at American International Group and over a year as a practicing attorney at Picciano & Scahill, P.C.
Erik holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a J.D. from Duke University and an M.B.A.from New York University.
Dan Farrell is Chief Executive Officer of StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of StoneCastle Partners, LLC. Mr. Farrell is responsible for the day to day operations and management of SCCM, including defining the strategic focus within its bank, institutional, and financial intermediary business lines. Mr. Farrell is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and oversees all operations, technology, sales, and marketing functions.
Previously, Mr. Farrell was Managing Partner of Dark Bridge Capital LP, a fund company Mr. Farrell co-founded in 2010 to make equity investments in financial services entities and to acquire distressed mortgage and asset backed securities. Mr. Farrell was an investor in Intermedium Financial, LLC, the assets of which were acquired by an SCCM affiliate in early 2017.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Farrell was Managing Director and Head of Structured Asset Finance at Wachovia Securities where he managed Investment Banking, Trading, and Distribution for the firm. Mr. Farrell’s organization was comprised of Equipment Finance, Royalties, Transportation, Aviation and Structured Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this, Mr. Farrell was President and Chief Underwriting Officer of BluePoint Re. Mr. Farrell successfully worked with Wachovia to form this Bermuda-based financial guaranty company, achieving an initial rating from S&P and Moody’s of AA/Aa3, respectively. Mr. Farrell spent the first 13 years of his career at Financial Security Assurance, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s asset-backed securities division.
Mr. Farrell holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BS degree from Seton Hall University.
David Fuccillo is a Managing Director at StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. David joined SCCM in 2011, and over the course of David’s tenure at SCCM, the FICA bank network has grown to more than 900 financial institutions through which millions of transactions are processed each month. David plays an integral role within SCCM by identifying and introducing processes to enhance the client experience while creating greater organizational efficiencies. He also serves as the main contact between the organization and US Bank’s support team.
Prior to joining SCCM, David was the Manager of Client Services at Reserve ManagementCompany, leading several operational areas of the firm. He began his career as an Assistant Vice President at UBS Financial Services, working on the MunicipalSyndicate Desk.
David currently holds Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. He received his B.A. fromNortheastern University.
Eric Lansky is President of StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. Eric joined SCCM in 2011 and has direct responsibility for all aspects of the company’s cash management products and services. Eric brings over 20 years of cash management experience to SCCM, with deep experience in sales, marketing, and new product development. Eric is often quoted in the media and speaks at industry conferences.
Prior to joining SCCM, Eric was President and CEO of Mutuals Advisors and USA MutualsPartners. During his tenure at USA Mutuals, he introduced an FDIC insured deposit program for registered investment advisors, high-net-worth individuals and institutions, which was recognized as a leading cash management vehicle for institutional clients.
Before joining USA Mutuals in 2008, Eric was managing director of Reserve Management Company, where he oversaw all aspects of sales and marketing within the company, including bank and institutional sales initiatives. Prior to joining Reserve in 1999, Eric served as Director of Marketing at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management.
Eric graduated from Tulane University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree and earned his master’s in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
As the Chief Operating Officer at StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC (SCCM), Jimmy Noriega plays a vital role in the continuous development of the core business and its operations. Joining the firm in 2011, he leverages his extensive background in financial technology to manage daily operations and technology, and spearhead the firm's overall operational strategy.
Jimmy spent seven transformative years as SCCM's Chief Technology Officer before ascending to his current role. During this period, his deep-seated expertise in the development of intricate trading and portfolio management systems proved invaluable. As one of the primary architects behind SCCM's proprietary systems, Jimmy has significantly contributed to the success of the firm's various bank network businesses and their exits.
Prior to SCCM, Jimmy held key positions at some of the world's leading investment banks. He served as the local head of the global engineering group at Morgan Stanley, overseeing the development and infrastructure of their program trading platform, a pivotal element for the investment bank. Earlier in his career, Jimmy led the program trading software engineering groups at Dresdner Kleinwort Investment Bank, now Commerzbank, further strengthening his portfolio of experience in the financial tech sector.
Holding an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, Jimmy supplements his professional experience with an extensive academic background. He also holds a BS and MA in Computer Science from the City University of New York, graduating with distinction in all three programs. Jimmy's academic pursuits extend to research, focusing on evolutionary algorithms and multi-objective optimization, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning and innovation in his field.
Brandon Semilof is a Managing Director at StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. Brandon joined SCCM in 2010 and has more than twenty years of investment management and marketing experience. Throughout his career, he is credited with helping create and launch innovative and unique cash management solutions that have helped to define and develop the institutional cash market. Prior to joining SCCM, Brandon was with Vanderbilt Avenue Asset Management, where he was head of sales and marketing. At Vanderbilt, he was successful in helping launch the first institutional liquid FDIC-insured cash management vehicle.
Prior to Vanderbilt, Brandon was a Director at The Reserve, where he was head of Institutional Sales; while there, institutional cash balances under his leadership grew from $5 billion to over $85 billion. Brandon is a frequent and sought after speaker and has been quoted in nearly every major financial publication on the topic of cash management.
Brandon has a B.S. in Business Management from Ithaca College.
Shawn Tay is the Chief Technology Officer for StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. Shawn joined SCCM in 2019 and is responsible for the strategy, execution, and management of the firm’s technology product design, system architecture, data analytics, infrastructure, and information security, all in service of StoneCastle’s bank network business.
Prior to joining SCCM, Shawn was the SVP of IT at Ziff Brothers Investments, leading the technology organization’s support for the investment firm as well as the family office. During his tenure at ZBI, Shawn also led the company’s trading technology, program management, and software development departments.
Shawn holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Kim Weeks is a Managing Director at StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. Kim joined SCCM in 2012 and manages bank-related strategies and initiatives. With more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry, Kim’s expertise includes cash management, retail and wholesale funding approaches. She helped revolutionize the wholesale CD market by introducing non-brokered listing service deposits to community banks. Listing service CDs now account for over $40 billion dollars in deposits to community banks. Kim also piloted a startup company that became a nationally recognized corporation in two years. Her executive background includes President of two premier bank funding businesses: IDC Deposits and QwickRate.
Kim’s career was molded and enhanced with tenures at Wachovia Bank and Bank of America. In addition to her management responsibilities at SCCM, Kim personally consults with numerous community banks across the U.S.
A highly regarded speaker, Kim has presented at numerous national and state banking conferences. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University and is an honors graduate of Kennesaw State University, where she received her Master’s of Business Administration in May 2000.

Joshua S. Siegel founded StoneCastle Partners, LLC in 2003 and serves as Managing Partner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is widely regarded as a leading expert and investor in the banking industry.
As Head of Innovation and Chief Imagineer, Joshua is responsible for numerous first-of-their-kind products and has a unique eye for finding innovative solutions that solve for the myriad of banking and SEC regulations that might otherwise limit our activities. During Joshua’s career, his innovations have brought nearly $40 billion of capital and $25 billion of deposits to more than 1,600 community and regional banks. He was an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School where he lectured on Imagineering in financial services. Joshua is often quoted in financial media, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, American Banker, and CNNMoney.
Joshua is an expert on bank regulatory matters and frequently speaks at industry events, including those hosted by the American Bankers Association, Conference of State Bank Supervisors, FDIC, Federal Reserve Bank and SNL Financial. Joshua is a frequent thought contributor to regulators and politicians who are at the forefront of updating antiquated banking regulations to keep pace with the technology that is rapidly changing the banking landscape. Joshua has a close relationship with many banking regulators and is regularly called upon to teach and train state and federal bank examiners and conduct seminars for government entities and banking associations.
Prior to StoneCastle, Joshua was a co-founder and Vice President of the Global Portfolio Solutions Group at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup, where he developed new products including pooled investment strategies for community banks. Joshua was the first to securitize capital securities issued by community banks – the transaction, completed in 2000, was remarkable in that it gave community banks the ability to issue non-dilutive regulatory capital instruments and gave them access to institutional investors. Prior to this award-winning, landmark transaction, demand for capital instruments issued by community banks was generally limited to common equity, marketed to local investors. Before joining Salomon Brothers/Citigroup, he worked at Sumitomo Bank and served as a member of its New York Credit Committee. Prior to Sumitomo, he worked for Charterhouse, carrying out merchant banking and private equity transactions.
Joshua has provided strategic advice to the Global Food Banking Network. He also provides annual economic support to Prep for Prep to make sure academic brilliance is recognized and nurtured without regard to a student’s economic, demographic or sociological impediments. Joshua received his BS in Management and Accounting from Tulane University. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and Mensa.
Michael Eisenson is Managing Director and CEO of Charlesbank Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding Charlesbank in 1998, Michael was the president of Harvard Private Capital Group, the firm’s predecessor. He began his tenure at Harvard Management Company in 1986 as managing director. Before joining Harvard Management, Michael was with The Boston Consulting Group, a corporate strategy consulting firm.
Michael serves on the boards of StoneCastle Partners, Blueknight Energy, CIFC, DEI Holdings, Montpelier Re, and Penske Auto Group. In 2011, Michael was recognized by the Outstanding Directors Exchange for his significant boardroom contributions. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Williams College, with a BA in economics, and holds JD and MBA degrees from Yale University.
Michael’s philanthropic involvement includes serving on the boards of trustees of Berklee College of Music, the Boston Foundation, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Williams College. He is also a founding director of Horizons for Homeless Children. Michael and his wife, Barbara, have four children and live in Wayland, MA.

George Shilowitz serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of StoneCastle Partners, LLC. George is chairman of the investment committees that oversee capital allocation and leads M&A efforts for the company and its subsidiaries. George has taken numerous hands-on roles in most of StoneCastle’s portfolio companies. George holds a BS in Economics from Cornell University.
Brett is a member of the board of directors of SCP, the parent company of SCCM; Brett serves as a senior advisor to SCCM.
Brett is Vice President, Corporate Development at CIBC. He identifies, assesses and executes strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, partnerships and joint ventures) and other initiatives, including working with management from the bank’s lines of business and infrastructure groups to explore, develop and conduct due diligence and financial analysis on strategic initiatives. Brett also participates in the oversight of CIBC’s portfolio of strategic investments.
Brett has substantial experience originating and completing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and capital raisings transactions across a broad range of industries throughout Canada and the U.S. His experience includes more than 130 announced transactions with an aggregate value of $140 billion.
Prior to joining CIBC’s Strategy & Corporate Development group in November 2012, Brett was with CIBC’s merchant bank and CIBC’s investment bank. He joined CIBC in June 2004 after working in investment banking with Citigroup in New York for six years.
He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University.
